Payment
I prefer Paypal. Payment is expected immediately upon purchase. Item will not be shipped until payment is received.
Shipping
All items will be securely wrapped in a bubble mailer and shipped by Priority Mail (2-3 days).
Refund and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is my highest priority. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days of my shipment date. I do not offer refunds, but I will be happy to exchange the item. Jewelry must be in original condition and an exchange will be issued after it is received.
Additional Policies
I do not do custom orders, but I am happy to do minor alterations to the length of necklaces at no charge if contacted before payment and shipping. Some of my material is very limited and is not available for alterations.
